Customer Reviews
Great value on tea
I was looking for some good quality loose leaf tea that wasn't too expensive. I found John Watt and Son and saw they had a first order discount. That combined with the free shipping offer when I spent over a certain amount really made it worth it. I got a bag of their Earl Grey and some Fruit Infusions. The price per ounce was much better than my local store, especially with the savings. Definitely felt like I got my money's worth and then some. Will buy again when I run out.
Nice everyday coffee
Just got some of the Carlisle Blend ground coffee a bit ago. It's really good for my morning cup. Nothing fancy, just a solid coffee. Delivery was pretty fast too, I think it was here in less than a week. No complaints, will probably get it again.
Good coffee, bit of a wait
I ordered the Ethiopian Yirgacheffe coffee beans last month, and they arrived well-packaged. The website was easy to navigate when I placed the order. It took about 8 days to reach me in California, which felt a little long, but I guess it's coming from the UK. The coffee itself was excellent, very fresh, and brewed nicely in my French Press. I had a quick question about grind size before ordering, and customer support got back to me within a day, which was helpful. Overall, a solid experience but patience is needed for shipping.

Hey, thinking about grabbing some coffee. I'm in NYC, how long does shipping usually take to the US?
I'm torn between their Carlisle Blend and the Ethiopian Yirgacheffe. Anyone tried both and have a favorite for pour-over?
Does anyone know if they do a first-time buyer discount? I saw something pop up but then it disappeared.
Anyone know if their coffee beans are ethically sourced? That's pretty important to me.
Is free shipping available to the US, or is it only for UK orders over a certain amount?
